The personal details supplied on this form will be held by SOC in a secure environment. We will share your personal details with HMRC solely for the purposes of recovering tax on Gift Aid. Other than HMRC, we will not share personal data with any third party, other than that required by law. We will only use your information for the purposes of Gift Aid administration unless you actively sign up to our mailing list.
